Before Booking
Secure your event date & venue (confirm setup/breakdown access times)
Browse Bloom Rentals' inventory/portfolio to get ideas.
Make a list of must-have décor items (centerpieces, arches, candles, linens, floral installs, etc.).
Prepare your guest count (tables, seating arrangements, etc.).
Set your décor budget.
Booking & Consultation
Contact Bloom Rentals to check availability for your date.
Schedule a consultation (virtual or in-person) to discuss your theme, colors, and event vibe.
Review rental options with our team and finalize selections.
Receive a proposal/estimate including itemized pricing.
Sign rental agreement/contract.
Pay deposit to secure your booking.
4–6 Weeks Before Event
Confirm guest count and update centerpiece/linen numbers.
Provide final layout/floor plan from your venue (table placement, arch location, etc.).
Finalize floral or specialty décor choices (bouquet styles, arch florals, etc.).
Arrange any add-ons (candles, chargers, extra décor pieces).
2 Weeks Before Event
Pay remaining balance (unless otherwise arranged).
Confirm delivery & setup schedule with Bloom Rentals and your venue.
Assign a point of contact (planner, coordinator, family member) for day-of communication.
Event Day
Ensure venue is ready for Bloom Rentals team (tables/chairs in place, access to setup areas).
Point of contact on-site to coordinate with our team.
Enjoy your beautifully styled event!
After the Event
Bloom Rentals team completes breakdown/pickup (confirm timing with venue).
Return any personal items (if clients supplied candles, frames, etc.).
Leave a review/share photos of your event décor!
